Construction workers on Matara-Colombo expressway in Sri Lanka on strike

The construction works of the Matara- Colombo expressway has come to a halt temporarily as the construction workers have commenced a strike from yesterday morning. Sources said the laborers have launched the strike over the daily payment and leave time.
